Question 1

Who is Noja Designs?

Accepted Answer

Noja Designs is the independent design practice of Noja, a product designer for fintech, B2B SaaS and healthcare ops teams. Noja designs the screens where money is at risk, such as work queues, approvals and AI-assisted decisions, and builds working prototypes of them.

Question 2

What services does Noja Designs offer?

Accepted Answer

Three core engagements: operations tools (work queues, case panels, approvals and audit trails), customer status and decision flows (what's happening to someone's money and what to do next), and coded prototypes that teams can test before committing engineering time. Design systems and websites are available alongside.

Question 3

What kinds of clients and industries does Noja Designs work with?

Accepted Answer

Fintech, B2B SaaS and healthcare ops teams, from early-stage startups to established products, working with US and international teams. The sweet spot is products where a confusing state costs real money: stuck payments, disputes, reversals, approvals and claims.

Question 4

How does the design process work?

Accepted Answer

It runs in three steps: a short intro call, a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours with clear scope, price and timeline, then design and build in the open, with reviews at each milestone, an annotated handoff and 21 days of post-launch support.

Question 5

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Every project is quoted as a fixed price after the intro call, once the scope is clear, with no hourly billing or open-ended estimates. Payment is split 50/50, half to start and half on delivery, and any change in scope is flagged immediately rather than buried in a final invoice.

Question 6

How do I start working with Noja Designs?

Accepted Answer

Book a free intro call or send a message through the site explaining what you're building, your timeline and rough budget. Noja is taking on new projects, replies within 24 hours, and will say honestly if it isn't the right fit.

Tell me what you're building.
