The Approach

I don't do generic.

Services

What I offer.

Four focused engagements — each built around a specific outcome, not just a list of deliverables.

From the first wireframe to the final pixel. I work with founders and product teams to shape how a product looks, feels and behaves — then stay in until it ships.

What's included

  • User flows & IA
  • Wireframes
  • High-fidelity UI
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Component library
  • Handoff specs & QA

The infrastructure your team ships from. I build Figma component libraries, token systems and documentation that scale with your product — not against it.

How I Work

Process built for speed.

No bloat, no middlemen, no status updates that say nothing. You stay in the loop without drowning in it. Here's what working together actually looks like.

Tell me what you're building, what you need, and when. No long intake forms, no 'discovery questionnaire' with 40 fields. Just a message explaining the problem.

If it sounds like a fit, I'll reply within 24 hours. If I don't think I'm right for it, I'll say so and point you toward someone who is.

What you do

  • Send a message (email or use the form)
  • Tell me the brief in plain language
  • Mention the timeline & rough budget

30 minutes. I ask the questions that matter — not to fill a brief, but to understand the actual problem. Most clients tell me this call alone changes how they've been thinking about their project.

I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, what I'd approach differently, and whether the budget and timeline are realistic. No sales pressure.

What comes out of it

  • Shared understanding of the problem
  • Overall scope assessment
  • Preliminary ideas & direction

Within 48 hours of our call. One document: clear scope, clear price, clear timeline. No hidden costs, no 'we'll figure that out as we go,' no ambiguous milestones.

If something changes mid-project, I tell you immediately. Scope creep is a communication failure before it's a billing conversation.

What you receive

  • Scope of work
  • Fixed price (or example invoices)
  • Payment terms (50/50)

This is where it gets interesting. I design, build, and keep you informed without drowning you in Zoom slides and Slack messages. You'll hear from me when there's something worth seeing — not just to fill the silence.

You'll get access to a shared Figma or project board. I work in the open. If you want to check in, it's there. If you want to leave it to me, that's fine too.

How we communicate

  • Shared Figma / project board
  • Weekly check-in (if needed)
  • Two rounds of revisions per milestone

At each milestone we review together. Not just 'does this look good?' but 'does this solve the right problem?' I present the thinking behind every decision, not just the outcome.

Good design feedback is a conversation, not a comment thread. I'll walk you through my reasoning and challenge yours, respectfully, and always in service of the work.

What we review

  • Design rationale, not just visuals
  • User flow & experience decisions
  • Business goal alignment

Your project is handed over tested, annotated, and ready. You walk away with something that actually works — not a Figma file you need a guide to navigate.

After delivery, I stay available for 21 days at no extra cost for questions, minor tweaks, or engineering support. Because launch day is usually when the real questions start.

What you receive

  • Full annotated Figma handoff
  • All assets in ready-to-use format
  • 21-day post-launch support

Client Trust

Don't take my word for it.

These are real words from founders, PMs, and engineers who shipped with me.

I've hired designers who charge double and delivered less. What sets this apart isn't just the craft, it's the reasoning.

Samed Walker

Founder, Troski Technologies

Three weeks from brief to shipped. Our previous designer took three months and we still had to redo it.

Robert Kehinde

CTO, Anchor Bridge Consulting

The design system they built is still running two years later with zero rework. I didn't know that was possible.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things founders and teams usually want to know before reaching out. Still unsure about something? Send a message — I reply within 24 hours.

Noja Designs is the design practice of Noja, a product designer and creative partner who helps SaaS, fintech and startups ship products that convert. The work spans UX, UI, design systems and Framer development — from first wireframe through to a polished, shipped product.

Four core engagements: product design (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and prototypes), design systems (Figma component libraries, tokens and documentation), website design (conversion-focused marketing sites and landing pages built in Framer or Webflow), and hands-on build work that turns the designs into live, working interfaces.

Primarily SaaS companies, fintech products and early-stage startups — working remotely with founders and product teams worldwide. The sweet spot is teams that need a designer who can both think through the product strategy and execute the craft to a shipping standard.

It runs in six steps: you reach out with the brief, we get on a 30-minute call, and within 48 hours you receive a proposal with clear scope, fixed price and timeline. Then the design and build happen in the open via a shared Figma or project board, with reviews at each milestone, ending in a tested, annotated handoff plus 21 days of post-launch support.

Projects are quoted as a fixed price after the intro call, once the scope is clear — no hourly billing or open-ended estimates. Payment is split 50/50, half to start and half on delivery, and any change in scope is flagged immediately rather than buried in a final invoice.

Book a free intro call or send a message through the site explaining what you're building, your timeline and rough budget. Noja is currently taking on 2 projects and replies within 24 hours — and will say honestly if it isn't the right fit.

Now you know.

You've seen the work. Let's build your next success story.

If you've read this far, you already know whether we're a fit. Currently taking two projects. Tell me what you're building — I'll tell you if I'm right for it.
