Noja Designs is the independent design practice of Noja, a product designer based in Lagos, Nigeria (GMT+1) with 4 years of experience. Noja works remotely with teams worldwide, and working hours overlap with London, Berlin and US East Coast mornings. Status: taking on new projects · replies in 24h.

- **Focused review** ($1,500): One flow that's costing you money or time: a failed payment, a dispute, an approval, a denied claim or the dashboard your team lives in.
- **Flow redesign** (From $3,000): One critical workflow end to end, for customers and the ops team behind them.
- **Ongoing partnership** (quoted after a first project): A standing slot for the next flows on your roadmap, once we've shipped a first project together.

Prices are in US dollars and quoted as a fixed price after an intro call. Payment is split 50/50. There is no hourly billing.
